Team Participation and Insurance

Teams

A post under the regulations forum has been made to give better guidance to completing the team participation agreement.

Also a brief set of instructions have been posted on the tech – team status board page concerning insurance requirements to help you complete this task.

Do not wait to complete these two items as they involve assitance from your campus buisnees office and or insurance agents representing your college/university!

Both are due on or before May 1, but I would make it a goal to complete by April 15th in case their are questions or revisions needed.  You will not be able to race without these reporting tasks completed and approved by the Innovators Educational Foundation.

Wire Transfers Fees

Please note

When paying entry fees to the foundation using a wire transfer there will be an additional $25.00 US charge applied.  This is to cover cost associated with wire transfers that our bank charges the foundation.

Take care to note any fees that your financial institution may charge.  Also consider any exchange rates when moving money from overseas.  All fees are to be paid in US dollars.

Questions please ask.  We will work with you to ensure that the proper amount is paid.  Small differences can be finalized when you arrive in Texas.

Thanks!
