2005 North American Solar Challenge
Entry Information
In order to register for the 2005 North American Solar Challenge, teams must submit a completed Entry Form and a signed Participation Agreement. Teams must also pay the appropriate Entry Fee as designated in the Regulations. Entries will be accepted through June 1, 2005.

ENTRY FORM
The Entry Form is available as a downloadable PDF file or a simple text file. The form needs to be completed and returned to ASC Team Registration by email, fax, or postal mail. Please email the form if possible. Due June 1, 2005.

PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT
The Participation Agreement is available as a PDF document. Please have the appropriate people complete this form and return it to ASC Team Registration by fax or postal mail. Due June 1, 2005.

LIABILITY WAIVER
The Liability Waiver will be available at Registration in Austin. Every team member who will be at any portion of the event will need to read and sign the waiver (including advisors).
ENTRY FEE
Checks should be made payable to American Solar Challenge. Due June 1, 2005.
Credit card payments can be accepted online through PayPal. You will be able to enter the payment amount (in case you paid part of the entry fee for FSGP-Kansas). At the end of the payment process there will be a section to enter your team name and any special notes (such as "Paid $500 for FSGP in May"). The PayPal order page lists the seller as "NRG". NRG is New Resources Group, the company that organizes the American Solar Challenge.

TEAM MEMBER LIST
The Team Member List is needed for badging for the event and for the Canada Border Services Agency. Include anyone (even advisors and parents) who will accompany the team. Please complete the form and submit it to Team Registration by April 15, 2005. The form is available in two formats. If possible, please use the Excel version and email to teams@americansolarchallenge.org.

EMERGENCY INFORMATION
The Emergency Information form needs to be completed for each person attending the event (including advisors). Please bring THREE COPIES of the a completed form for each person to regsitration at the Travis County Expo Center.

INSURANCE INFORMATION
Each ASC2005 team must provide proof of General Liability insurance or pay a fee ($300) to ASC to contribute to the cost of ASC's insurance.
Many colleges and universities are self-insured or have insurance plans. If you are trying to find information about this, you might check with your school's Dean's Office or Office of Risk Management.
You may submit proof of insurance or pay the fee to HQ prior to the Event or during registration at the Event. You will not be allowed on the qualifier track without this.
If you are providing proof of General Liability insurance, the insurance levels are:
- Bodily injury of not less than US$200,000.00 for each person and US$500,000.00 for each occurrence.
- Property damage of not less than US$20,000.00 for each accident and US$500,000.00 in aggregate.
- Be sure that the policy covers July, 2005.
Note that General Liability insurance is not the same as Vehicular insurance.
Teams without insurance may pay their fee by check (payable to American Solar Challenge) or by credit card online.
